RFM stands for Recency, Frequency, Monetary. RFM Analysis is a simple yet powerful tool for segmenting your customers. The most famous proponent of RFM is Don Libey. His book "Libey on RFM" is the definitive treatise. Highly recommended!

Don's book is an excellent motivation for RFM, but lacks specifics. Bill Ruppert has written an article, The Basics of RFM Segmentation, that provides an introduction to RFM Analysis with concrete advice.

Fast, No Forms MLS Search Developed

ResponseB2B has created a unique approach to searching the MLS for use on Cindy Ruppert's website.

For selected towns, every home for sales in indexed by price, with a link to the details of the home. Each home links to the next and prior on the list. This allows visitors to quickly jump to the town and price range of interest to them, and then scan dozens and even hundreds of homes in minutes.
